Memphis Vacation Dec 2013

To begin with, this is how Emma Olivia plays hahahaha

We LOVE the super fat legs preceded by a TINY set of feet.

We had the fortune to be able to take a week vacation to visit Glen Lau and family. Damian spent the entire way to their place asking for Matthew and Taylor. The first time we fill up the tank (like an hour away from home) he said "YAY! Matthew, Taylor!" If only buddy =( but 9 hours later we were there.

A day later mom and dad Lau got there and then David Lau and family.

The one night we stayed at the Glen Lau residence we quickly realize our sweet tiny baby girl has an awful monstrous cry and woke us up, and woke Marty up. So we we stayed at the hotel. Damian and Oli watched TV while we got ready.

And we went to the pool as well.  Can baby girls get cuter than this girl?

The best part of having a little girl, is planning her ridiculous outfits and her rocking those outfits.

Emma Olivia got lots and lots of attention from the cousins. They played with her and even made a song for her. I think Taylor was the main author but Benjamin and Matthew helped and sang along. "Emma doodle went to town riding on a pony, put a bow in her hair and call her cutie pie!" Best song I ever heard!

We played with the bikes and this interesting bike-like device. Even the older Lau boys rode it. David and Matthew showed us how it is done.

What's that on the fireplace? 6 stockings? Congratulations Glen and Jill!!!!! One more baby Lau =))

The current babies Lau.

For Christmas I got all the boys Ninja Turtle hats and for the girls the 5-exchangeable-flowers hat. They were all pretty happy, 1 point for aunt Ana ;) Not gonna lie, I'm working my way up to the favorite aunt. Watch out everyone!
I got Jon a custom made creeper hat. I am also working my way up to best wife haha!

This is a game uncle Jonathan made up, "Pompis!" (butt) which made them fly up when he bounced on his pompis.

Playing hard requires a little hot cocoa break.

More ridiculous outfits for Oli <3 She is a gnome with her gorgeous grandma Lau.

We each took a turn cooking. I totally missed taking pictures of the delicious chicken pot pies Jon made AND flan and choco flan. Here it is what David Lau made for us, don't know the name of it (German) but it was  DELICIOUS.

Damian getting ready to dance. If you like it then you should've put a ring on it, wo oh oh, oh oh oh, oh oh oh oh, wo oh oh, oh oh oh, oh oh oh oh... You don't get the reference? http://www.guavaleaf.com//justin-Timberlake--Single-Ladies-SNL-Skit You're Welcome!

Damian was pretty interested in all the cartoons in TV while Olivia was interested in flirting with the camera.

"Mano, Emma" He likes Emma a lot and likes to hold her hand and hug her.

Memphis has so many things to do (or at least it seemed like it). This was one HUGE park with tons of different little areas with different things to do. One had slides, the other one had swing, there were trails, and a tree house with ropes to climb.

There was even a water area for the summer.

Taylor is soooo caring, it is heart melting.  She was holding Damian's hand at the park and helping him down the slide.

They all went down the slide together.

Welo and Marty also went down the slide.

Daddy and Damian.

Olivia was staying warm.

We even swung all together in one basket swing. Damian had a blast!

Three generations of Lau boys. Loren Lau, Jonathan Lau, and Damian Loren Lau.

Damian petting the breed of dog I will get my mom when Salma dies. <--- this was just for my mom.

Marty doesn't like the ladies to hold him really but he likes uncle David and uncle Jon. Emmita never stays alone playing with toys but for some reason she loved it at uncle Glen and aunt Jill's place.

Marty stacking blocks LIKE A BOSS! Pretty impressive. We can tell you will also be the doctor of the family.

Damian was asking for some salsa, we hesitate to give him some chipotle habanero but he kept asking. Then, he showed us his half genetic makeup. We can tell you are the Mexican of the family lol. He kept scooping those tostitos to eat more and more. Matthew and I were pretty impressed.

Overall was a great vacation, you can't even tell we all got a little taste of the flu; every Lau family because we like to share LOL

Happy New Year from the Mexican Lau's
