Damian LOVES to read "ibros," he tells us so that we get his books and read him. It is the only time he is quiet and calm haha. He knows the name of his books too "hoppop" (Hop on Pop), "fox sox" (Fox in Socks), "alloween" (his Halloween book), "do fish do fish" (One fish two fish), etc.
He likes for us to read to him with Olivia around. He LOVES his sister. He prefers to do it all with her around. If we go somewhere without her, he keeps asking me "Emma?" (Like "hey mom aren't you forgetting something?" LOL) When he wakes up he asks for Emma, before going to bed he ON HIS OWN started asking to go give Emma Olivia a kiss. "Beso?" he says and runs to find her. It is a really humbling experience to see the way this sweet boy loves his sister.

Olivia is a happy little girl. Her casts are working great. Her right foot slips out often and I have to take the casts off (both!) but with my super awesome skills I can just take the one cast off so just one foot stays behind on the progress. She loves to kick kick kick and smile, giggle, and talk. Here she is with her first guy friend Collin.

Olivia's favorite guy is daddy.
On our trip to the Discovery Center. Damian loves the water as well.
This is the little playground in the mall. It has this mary go round that Damian likes to go in even if it is not spinning. It is cooler than the playground for sure haha

Damian's 3rd friend ever is Owie. He asks for Owie all the time. They both love cars so this trip to the store was like Disneyland for them.

This are the girls from the ward. The first and third are my friends (Leigh and Becky), the second girl is super nice but she moved out (boo!) and the 4th one already has her group of friends here (they're the lawyer wives and they don't hang out with non-lawyer girls haha interesting).
I don't even remember the sun anymore haha so this was in August. Damian loves the water and this is his kiddie pool.
So in August we decided Damian can sleep in a toddler bed, so we made his crib into a toddler bed. He didn't know he could get out for a while so he would stand in the same corner and cry for us to get him (he still does that every morning but he knows how to escape during naps now LOL).
These two pictures are hilarious examples of how we find him after bed time:
The "hanging out"

The "toy binge"
