So our little guy is been doing adult stuff, such as sitting down, talking (cooing really, I don't want you to think he's already reciting Shakespeare), and standing up, yes, standing up.
Also around December 30th Heather my neighbor and I were driving somewhere and we could hear in the back someone sucking like there's no tomorrow LOL He looked adorable. He likes to chew on our hands and fingers when we hold him by his hands (as shown in the picture) but he has never before (not that I know of) sucked on his own hands, that was cute. He hates the pacifier so this may be his option.
He started sitting up around Thanks giving time. Jon usually plays a ton with Damian but sometimes he just sits him in the couch and he stays there happy doing what Jon does.
Here he is sitting up in his Santa's helper outfit <3 and with his cool boots my mom sent through Amazon for him for Christmas.
Lately when he sits down he blows bubbles and does "trompetillas" (like noises w his mouth). Speaking of bubbles, he's been drooling a little more. Like we've said before he doesn't spit up often, more like almost never, but now he drools and makes bubbles while he practice his vocalization <3We've tried to caught him doing that but he knows what the camera looks like and he gets really serious when we put that in front of our face.
And finally he was about 2 months when we discovered he could stand up and balance but he is currently able to hold on to something and remain up for a few seconds, then he melts lol.
Here he is standing on his leapfrog table. His aunt Mari (my aunt from Florida) sent him a leapfrog table. He loves it!
By the way, little Damian is barely starting to like his books. Thanks so much to Grandma and Grandpa Lau for them =) We're making Damian a little registry in Amazon with books and stuff we'd like to have for him in the future (next Christmas or in April 30th is Dia del Nino (Children day) in Mexico) because my family in Mexico can use Amazon, so feel free to look at it for his future birthdays.
We lauve you and we'll post more soon.
