On December 15, 2012 was our 2nd anniversary. I gt really spoiled every day of the year with this man but on our anniversaries he likes to make it my favorite day of the year.
The day before our anniversary we stayed over at the Larsen's (Erikita and Scottie). We always have a blast with them. They're our family but they're also our best friends. So the morning of our anniversary Scottie took us to the hospital where he works and we saw baby Lau #2. The cord was in the way and baby Lau was swimming and kicking the legs. We didn't really see with accuracy what "it" was but Scottie said he is a 90% sure it is a girl. We've been sure is a she for a while and we call her Emma Olivia all the time.
For lunch time we went to my friend and adoptive little brother Chris Wilms. My in-laws came to pick up Damian so the rest of the day we spent it just the two of us. The sealing was awesome. It was beautiful to be in the temple of the Lord with my sweet heart witnessing a sealing like ours was 2 years ago.
After the temple we took a couple pictures with the family of my friend and then left to celebrate our anniversary. We went to eat sushi and watched Life of Pi. We wanted to go see the lights in SLC but the traffic was INSANE, people almost hit our car like twice. There was a Jazz game and well everyone wanted to go see the lights as well. So Jon and I drove home and before we got out on the high way Jon stopped at a little parking lot that had a few trees with lights and we walked around it. It was so sweet and funny.
When we got home, the house was decorated w my favorite flowers and there was a huge present wrapped in the living room. The present is what Jon is holding in the picture. He custom made it for me, he designed it. He downloaded the pictures of my 4 favorite people and my savior and edited them in my favorite combination of colors, then sent it to be canvased. This was the best present I've gotten ever. Now it hangs in the center of our living room =)
I am very lucky to be married to this handsome man.
